Shooting Suspect Apprehended, Charged With Attempted Murder In Maryland

A 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection to an attempted murder investigation of a man in Baltimore earlier this month, authorities say.

Rooney Poudyel is believed to have fired several shots in the 2900 block of O'Donnell Street, shortly before 3 a.m., Monday, July 11, according to Baltimore police.

The shots resulted in bullets grazing the 31-year-old victim in the arm.

Poudyel has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
